Each session will combine practical somatic exercises, self-reflection, and community-building techniques, enabling women to step into their full feminine embodied power.

Why is this program desperately needed:

 

To be a woman in today’s world is a almost medical hazard.

Studies show that 80% of all autoimmune disease and burnout happens to women.

All research points out to 4 main reasons of this staggering statistic:

  1. Women put other people’s emotional needs ahead of their own, ignoring their physical & emotional needs.
  2. Women identify with the duty, role and responsibility more than with needs of self. They prioritise what society expects from them more than what they need.
  3. Women are conditioned to be quiet and nice causing them to repress anger & resentment.
  4. Women believe they are responsible for how other people feel which makes them run away from setting healthy boundaries and potentially disappointing others causing them to consistently betray themselves.

All of this weakens our immune system, hormonal system and our nervous system leading our body to eventually rebel from the inside out.

This is not a gender issue, it is a cultural issue! 

We have created the Safe Woman Program to help women restore what is innately theirs!

Week 1: Grounding & Reclaiming Your Body as a Safe Home

 

Objective: Reconnect with your body, cultivating trust and safety.

Introduction to Embodiment Practices:

  • Understanding the body’s wisdom and its ability to heal.

  • The importance of slowing down & grounding: reclaiming your body as your home.

 

Week 2: Embodying Belonging: Nurturing Connection with Self and Others

 

Objective: Reconnect with the inherent sense of belonging and shared humanity.

Understanding Belonging:

  • Exploring the concept of belonging: from within the body to community.
  • Overcoming collective societal conditioning and learning to embrace the concept of radical self-acceptance.

 

Week 3: Restoring Worth and Reclaiming Your Voice & Power

 

Objective: Recognize and embrace the inherent value of every woman through embodied expression. Expanding nervous system capacity to hold arousal and triggers in our system without collapsing into self-doubt.

Understanding Worth:

  • Exploring self-worth as intrinsic and independent of external validation.
  • Addressing limiting beliefs and cultural narratives that diminish women’s self-value.

 

Week 4: Cultivating Self Compassion & Empowered Boundaries

 

Objective: Cultivate deep self-compassion and learn how to establish healthy boundaries that protect inner peace.

Understanding Boundaries:

  • The role of boundaries in emotional and physical wellbeing.
  • Practicing self-compassion and learning to say "no" with love and respect.

 

Week 5: Embodying Flow: Integrating Practices into Daily Life

 

Objective: Strengthen embodiment practices as daily rituals to maintain safety, belonging, and worth.

Understanding the Flow State:

  • Exploring the concept of flow: living in alignment with body, mind, and spirit.
  • How to move through life with grace and ease by trusting your body’s intuition.
