Our body is incapable of lying and as we enter adulthood and accumulate those suppressed emotions and limited beliefs, our biology starts showing it.Â

Each week, we offer 1 live community class of 60 minutes.Â
Once you choose which offering resonates the most with you (a drop in single class, 3-pack or a monthly subscription), you will receive a link to register for any of our scheduled classes.
If you cannot attend the call LIVE, we will send you the recording so you can enjoy it in your own space & time.
