In 2025, I am guided to offer 100 embodied healing journeys to help 100 Souls retrieve a wounded part of themselves.
These journeys are a portal through time, dimension and levels of consciousness.
We will use prayer, visualisation, movement and ritual to recognise & call back a part of your Soul that might have left your body in a moment of deep pain or trauma.
I am guided to offer these for the sake of making the alchemy of ritual, embodiment, transformative coaching, somatic and energy healing more available to our collective.
Most importantly, I am following Divine will and offering what will have the biggest impact on our individual & collective embodied awakening.
How this came to life...
4 years ago, I received an ancient shamanic Soul Retrieval Ritual by a healer that became my mentor and taught me how to offer this to my clients.
She said:
“Every ritual is an embodiment of our intention and as such it creates a specific energy field. Each time the ritual is repeated, its energy field strengthens. So, when you engage in ancient rituals that have been performed across cultures and timelines, you step into an already existing energy web-field reinforced by thousands of medicine women before you”
Since then, I have been using ritual in my daily practice & I have felt how every ritual truly is a magical energetic portal for us to receive the loving support of the Divine.
WHAT IS A SOUL RETRIEVAL RITUAL YOU MIGHT ASK?
A soul retrieval ritual is an embodied journey back to those parts of your life experience where trauma created an energetic hole in your system. Some of us fill that hole with resentment, some choose anger, others blame and guilt. This is because our culture thrives on them. We learn pretty quickly in this life that whatever happens, it is always someone’s fault. Some of us have learned to blame ourselves while others cast the blame outside.
In shamanic world it is believed that when trauma happens, a part of your Soul that needs to receive the learning from that trauma leaves your body and goes to “Soul School”. Only when you are ready to look at those parts of your life experience through the lens of compassion and forgiveness, can these parts of your Soul be retrieved.
In this ritual, we will look at a particular situation in your life and we will find the gift in it. In doing so, we will retrieve those parts of your Soul that had to leave. We will retrieve a part of your life force that was stuck in the past so that it is again available to you in the present & can help you co-create your future.
We will do so using visualisation, somatic practices, sound, movement and energy healing.
This alchemy of NEUROSCIENCE, SOMATIC LIBERATION, ENERGY WORK & FEMININE EMBODIMENT allows you to release your trauma, regulate your nervous system & truly embody your divinity.
