Come Home to Yourself
Raindrop Movement Circles are an invitation to slow down, listen deeper, move intuitively, and reconnect with the most honest version of you.
Each circle explores a particular somatic pattern that is very relevant to our female experience and the spacious container allows for a trauma- informed pacing, community circle sharing and safe integrating guided by our skilled teachers.
Each circle ticket is an investment of 22 euros that goes towards supporting our teaching community.

What’s the difference between circles and our free practice?
Raindrop Movement is an embodied, feminine movement practice rooted in trauma-informed somatic healing, emotional attunement, and intuitive flow.
It is not choreography. It is not performance. It is not about getting it right.
It is a space where your body gets to speak — and be listened to.
Each circle blends:
- Breathwork & nervous system attunement
- Slow, fluid, free movement
- Gentle stretching & grounding
- Emotional expression & inner listening
- A safe, non-judgmental shares and integration
You don’t need experience. You don’t need to look a certain way. You simply arrive as you are.

Our body is incapable of lying. As we enter adulthood and accumulate suppressed emotions, unmet needs, and inherited or learned beliefs, our biology begins to carry those stories for us. The body remembers what the mind learned to override.
The quality of our movement instantly reveals what we practice — not only physically, but even more so mentally, emotionally, and energetically. Our movement patterns are shaped by what we allow, what we resist, what we brace against, and what we have learned is safe or unsafe to express.
How rigid or constricted is your movement?
How free are you to use all of your dimensions — front, back, sides, spirals, levels, expansion and contraction?
How easy is it to express yourself through self-touch, sound, breath, or spontaneous impulse?
How open do you feel to experiment with non-habitual movement, to let your body lead instead of your mind?
These questions are not about performance. They are about permission.
When we practice in a circle with other women, something profoundly different becomes available. Women’s nervous systems are exquisitely relational. We learn, heal, and open through resonance and transmission — through seeing, sensing, and feeling one another. Your system reads the safety, softness, courage, and authenticity in another woman’s body and says, maybe I can do that too.
In circle, your body is not alone. Your nervous system is held by other regulated, alive, breathing bodies. Co-regulation happens naturally: breath syncs, tone softens, edges melt, and what was braced in isolation begins to soften in connection. Witnessing another woman express, release, tremble, sound, or take up space gives your subconscious new reference points for what is possible and safe.
And every time a new reference of movement becomes available, you are inhabiting more of your whole self. What was hidden becomes felt. What was frozen becomes fluid. What was fragmented begins to integrate.
This is the real depth of this practice. It is not just movement. It is a remembering. It will help you reconnect to all of your bodies — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual — and make the invisible, visible.

Why Practice Matters
Your body doesn’t release everything at once. It releases through rhythm, safety, and consistency.
With regular practice, Raindrop Movement supports you to:
- Release stress instead of storing it
- “Regulate” your nervous system naturally with attunement and safe pacing
- Feel emotions without being overwhelmed
- Trust your body and intuition
- Cultivate softness, presence, and inner safety
This is not a one-time fix. It’s a homecoming experienced with every practice.

“We have all been living from the neck up for far too long. The terrifying consequences of our disembodiment can be seen in the sky high statistics on anxiety and other stress-related issues but also in the immense suffering of our collective and our planet. All of these challenges stem from a profound lack of safety that can only be felt through our body. When you make a choice to return to your body, you are returning to an innate sense of safety, belonging and worth.”
Nada, Founder of Raindrop Movement
