Liberated Woman Retreat

Croatia, October 8-12th 2026

For the woman who's been holding everything together for everyone else. This is where YOU finally get to be held.

Join us for 5 days that will guide your body into deepest relaxation and awaken the radiant, free and untamed woman within.

An intimate 5-day women's retreat

Through re-birthing breathwork, you'll release stored tension, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and create space for deeper aliveness.

Through embodied movement, you'll awaken your body's natural intelligence, reclaim your sensuality, and cultivate a greater sense of freedom and full self-expression.

And through the exploration of masculine and feminine polarity, and sacred feminine practices, you'll discover how to create greater harmony within yourself, allowing you to move through life with both grounded strength and flowing grace.

This retreat is an invitation to soften where you've been holding, strengthen where you've been shrinking, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that long to be fully seen, felt, and expressed.

This retreat is for you if you long to:

Step out of constant doing and finally let your whole body soften.

Feel at home in your body instead of living in your head

Be witnessed and held by other women walking the same path.

Give your anger, grief and fear space to move and release

Reconnect with pleasure without guilt, pressure or needing to perform.

Hear your inner knowing and trust what it is telling you.

Our longing for you is that you leave this retreat feeling safe in your feminine & utterly in love with yourself and all life.

All the practices and tools we will share, will empower you to continue your journey of embodiment after the retreat.

Our Retreat Home

Our retreat will take place in Nada's family home in Terra Magica, Croatia. Nada is the co-facilitator and founder of Raindrop Movement, the somatic healing modality at the root of this experience.

The land that will host you is the birthplace of Raindrop Movement and a landscape that carries the quiet presence of ancient feminine wisdom.

Surrounded by olive trees, rolling hills, and magical waterfalls, we'll gather in a space that invites rest, simplicity, connection, and remembrance.

May this beautiful land hold and nourish each of us as we journey together.

Note from your retreat guides, Ebru & Nada...

We offer this retreat because these practices have changed the way we live in our own bodies.

They have taught us how to slow down enough to hear what is true, to stay with ourselves through tenderness and discomfort, and to make space for more pleasure, freedom and aliveness. We know how easy it is to lose that connection beneath the roles we carry and everything life asks of us.

Again and again, we have witnessed what becomes possible when women are given time, safety and loving support to soften their defences and meet themselves more fully. Something begins to return; not a new or improved version of who they are, but something honest, instinctive and deeply their own.

This is why we create these retreats. We want to offer the kind of space we both continue to need: a place where nothing has to be performed or proven, where every part of you is welcome, and where you can be held by the land, the practices and the presence of other women.

It would be an honour to welcome you into this experience and walk beside you as you remember more of who you are.

With love,
Ebru & Nada.

FAQS

Do I need any experience with embodiment, movement or breathwork?

Not at all. You do not need any previous experience with dance, somatic practice, breathwork or spirituality. Every practice will be guided, and you will be encouraged to listen to your body, honour your boundaries and participate in the way that feels right for you.

What kind of movement will we be doing?

The movement is intuitive and exploratory rather than choreographed. There are no steps to learn and no right way to move. You will be guided to slow down, listen to your body and allow movement to arise from within.

What if I feel self-conscious or uncomfortable moving in front of others?

Many women arrive feeling this way. You will never be expected to perform or look a certain way. Participation does not require you to be socially confident, emotionally expressive or comfortable being seen. We invite connection without demanding disclosure. You may speak, listen, move, pause or take space according to what feels supportive and true for you.

What if a practice feels too intense?

You may slow down, change the movement, keep your eyes open, step outside, rest, witness or opt out. We encourage you to notice your body’s signals rather than push past them. Facilitators will offer grounding and support, but you remain the person who decides what is right for you.

Is touch part of the retreat?

Some practices may include an invitation for supportive or relational contact, but touch is never assumed. Consent will be explicit, ongoing and reversible. You may say no, change your mind or choose an alternative at any time, without needing to justify your decision.

Is this retreat therapy or a substitute for mental-health care?

No. The retreat is a facilitated somatic and personal-development experience; it is not psychotherapy, medical treatment or crisis care. If you are navigating acute mental-health distress, recent destabilising trauma, significant health concerns or are unsure whether breathwork and intensive group practice are appropriate, please speak with us and consult your qualified healthcare provider before booking.

What if I have an injury, disability, health condition or I am pregnant?

Please contact us before booking so we can understand your needs and discuss what can be adapted. Many practices can be modified or witnessed, but the retreat venue may include stairs and uneven natural terrain. Rebirthing breathwork may not be suitable for everyone, so relevant medical conditions and pregnancy should be discussed in advance with your healthcare provider and our team.

How is confidentiality held?

We ask every participant to protect the privacy of the group and not repeat another woman’s personal story outside the retreat. You are always free to speak about your own experience. While facilitators set clear agreements and cultivate a respectful space, confidentiality also depends on the integrity of every participant.

When should I arrive and leave?

The retreat runs from 8–12 October 2026. Your final welcome information will include the arrival window, opening time and recommended departure time. Please avoid booking travel that would cause you to miss the opening or leave before the closing unless this has been discussed with us in advance.

Which airport should I fly to?

Pula and Rijeka are the most practical airports for the included retreat transfer. Flights to Zagreb may also be possible, but onward travel is not listed as an included transfer. Before purchasing a ticket, please check your route and share your travel details with us so the transfer plan can be coordinated.

Are airport transfers included?

Transport from Pula or Rijeka airport to the retreat is included. Transfer times may be coordinated around participants arriving on compatible flights, so some waiting time or a shared journey may be involved. Any travel outside the agreed transfer arrangements is your responsibility unless confirmed otherwise in writing.

What should I bring?

A detailed packing list will be sent before the retreat. As a starting point, bring comfortable layers for movement and rest, sturdy footwear for uneven terrain, weather-appropriate.

How do I reserve my place?

Choose the Sign Up option on the retreat page and pay the €300 deposit. Your place is confirmed once the payment and registration steps have been completed and you have received confirmation from us. Because the retreat is intimate and room types are limited, availability may change.

What is the cancellation policy?

The full cancellation, refund and transfer conditions are set out in the terms and conditions provided during booking. Please read them before paying the deposit. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, illness, travel disruption, personal belongings and medical care, as retreat fees and travel costs may not be recoverable in every circumstance.

Will there be support for integration?

Yes. Your booking includes group integration coaching calls for three months after the retreat. Integration is not about holding on to a peak experience; it is about giving what you discovered enough time, gentleness and practical support to take root in everyday life.

What if I still have questions or I am unsure?

You are warmly invited to book an orientation call with us. This is not a sales-pressure conversation. It is a space to ask what you need, discuss accessibility or health considerations, and feel into whether joining is a genuine full-body yes for you.
